Interview with Mycle Schneider, nuclear energy consultant, on the future for nuclear
At the recent photo exhibition in Brussels to mark the 25th anniversary of Chernobyl, GEF spoke with independent nuclear consultant Mycle Schneider in a wide ranging interview which addressed issues such as the fallout from Fukushima, the recent u-turn by the German Government and the future for nuclear energy in countries such as China and the US.

Mycel Schneider has decades of experience on nuclear power, having served as an advisor to the Green Group in the European Parliament as well as to several Environment Ministers in different Western European countries. He is a member of the International Panel on Fissile Materials, and the nuclear non-proliferation group Independent Group of Scientific Experts (IGSE). 

He recently contributed to the Heinrich Böll Stiftung/GEF publication 'Myths of Nuclear Energy', details of which are available below.
