Øyvind Strømmen presents "The Dark Net" in Luxembourg
On Friday 13 July, Øyvind Strømmen will hold a public lecture on his latest work, "The Dark Net", organised by the Luxembourgian Young Greens.

Strømmen, who also contributed to the GEF publication Populism in Europe, is a specialist on extreme-right movements throughout Europe. Particularly after the politically motivated mass murder in Strømmen's home country Norway in 2011, Strømmen has become a much quoted political commentator.

This time, he will be present in the Centre Européen in Schengen. The public lecture will be in English, but simultaneous translation in French will be offered. More information on this event can also be found on this facebook page.

The rise of the populist-right continues to be a focus on GEF's work in 2012 with a discussion last month in Malta. Meanwhile a German translation of GEF's book Populism in Europe will be launched next month at the Austrian Green Summer Academy
