European Green Activists Training (Croatia)
2018
2018
This training will provide opportunities for participants to learn more about the institutions of the European Union, fundamentals of Green politics and sustainable development policies.
Context
The training is a part of our transnational project ‘European Green Activists Training’, which this year consists of training sessions for young Green activists from Croatia, Finland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Malta. The participants will take part in national trainings about green politics, as well as European politics and institutions. In addition, there will be a study visit to Brussels in the beginning of March 2019, during which participants will complement their training by experiencing the European political dimension first-hand.

This 3-day training in Croatia is taking place from October 19 – 21, 2018 at the Red Cross House in the Nature Park Medvednica, and is organised by The Green European Foundation together with Green Window and Cooperation Development Network of Eastern Europe.
Participants will engage in activities with the representatives of international organizations, local authorities and the representatives of the European Union to learn about the possibilities of building a greener and more just society.
