▶ Green Ministers leading change in Government

November 12, 2021 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm

Speaker: Scottish Green Party

Event type: Hybrid

The recent Scottish Government-Scottish Green Party Cooperation Agreement is yet another landmark event in the history of the green party network. This roundtable discussion will provide Green Ministers the opportunity to share successes and opportunities of working within government to showcase the changes that the newly appointed Scottish Government Ministers could lead on during this term in government. COP26 is a critical opportunity to secure stronger commitments from all parties to achieve net-zero globally by 2050. This roundtable event will also provide the space to discuss what the outcome of the COP26 negotiations mean for greens across the world and our next steps forward.
