DESCRIPTION:About the bootcamp\nOur very first anti-fake news and hate-speech bootcamp will take place in Zagreb\, Croatia\, in January 2022. There you will have the unique chance to get expert training on how to spot fake news\, conspiracy theories and hate speech\, and how to take action.   \nYou will be a part of small international group of young activists\, and spend 4 days discussing and creating with a common goal: how to make TikTok a better place – for yourself and others!  \n No need for any prior experience on climate-change related topics\, or on conspiracy theories and fake news. All you need is the desire and passion to make this platform a better\, safer place. And a TikTok account of course. \nPracticalities\nThis training will take place online \nDates: 21st-24th January \n  \nAbout us\nWe are the Green European Foundation\, a European level political organisation funded by the European Parliament. We promote greater participation by citizens in politics and believe youth plays a central role in promoting a more just and sustainable future in Europe. \n  \n\n*The implementation of the “Anti-conspiracy theories on TikTok bootcamp” project within the framework of the Bosch Alumni Network and the Green European Foundation was made possible by the International Alumni Center and the financial support of the European Parliament.   \n  \n
