Fausta Roznytė is actively involved in politics, women’s rights, youth organisations, and government advisory roles. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Diplomacy. For many years, she worked as an advisor to Members of Parliament and to the Minister of Economy and Innovation. Fausta is also a chairwoman of Jaunųjų demokratų sąjunga (Young Democrats Union) and a board member of the Union of Democrats ‘’For Lithuania’’.
