Are you based in Greece and interested in activism, ecology and their involvement in politics and public life? Do you want to make a difference to your community and beyond? Τhen the European Green Activist Training id the right programme for you!

About the event

During EGAT Greece, 20 participants aged 16-25 will have the chance to shape their activist figures through green values and with practical and theoritical guidance they will deepen their knowledge and understanding of issues related to democracy, ecology, sustainability, energy communities and just and democratic energy transition. They will get familiarised with the political decision-making processes on the national and European levels, understanding the severity of the imbalance of political representation and ultimately they will develop their skills so as to enact societal change, and promote more equal and sustainable societies. They will share space with politicians, activists, scientists and academics working in the front line trying to make positive change, and of course, they will meet with their like-minded peers who share the same preoccupation about the future and ideas of a better world.
