Call for tenders: Printing Services
The Green European Foundation is opening a call for tender for a partner printing company to satisfy our demand for printed project outputs and publications.
About the Green European Foundation
The Green European Foundation (GEF) is a European-level political foundation funded by the European Parliament. GEF is affiliated to but independent from the European Green Party and Green movement in Europe. Our mission is to encourage European citizens to participate in European political discussions and in particular when it comes to envisioning what a Green Europe would look like. As a forum for cooperation at the European level, we work closely with our national member foundations and thereby aim to strengthen the Green political movement and green ideas in Europe.
Purpose of Tender
Our organization is currently seeking a partner printing company to satisfy our demand for printed project outputs and publications.
Scope
The selected printing company will be contracted with the Green European Foundation’s printing needs for the year 2024, with the possibility to renew the collaboration for up to 5 years. A flat rate or particularly advantageous rates for the projects listed in this sheet –that are not confirmed definitively at this stage, shall be offered. GEF understands that the offer might change relatively to modifications in the actual printing order in case these latter do not reflect this initial overview. GEF reserves the right to change the printing timelines and volumes presented at this stage.
Mission
The printing company shall provide the best quality per price for the projects commissioned, while operating in an environmentally and socially conscious style.
The printing company shall cooperate strictly with GEF’s graphic designer(s) to carry out their assignments.
Selection Criteria
- The competitiveness of the price offer;
- The company’s adherence to sustainability principles from an environmental and social angle.
- The quality of samples of previous work.
By submitting this offer to the Green European Foundation’s Call for printing services, the applicant guarantees its validity and prices for the next six months.
The applicants are invited to submit an offer comprising:
- Their prices for the volumes presented by the Green European Foundation, by downloading, filling in and uploading the Offer Sheet to this application form.
- Samples of previous work.
Application without these elements will not be considered. Applicants will be contacted once all eligible submissions have been reviewed.
Practical Information
All offers should be submitted by 29 February 2024, at 23h59 via the application form.
