Several GEF partners are meeting different stakeholders and exploring case studies to work towards a fair and carbon free tourism across Europe. This trip to Istria will examine the challenges of high-volume seasonal tourism and what different tourism actors are doing to address this from a social and environmental perspective

17:00 – 20:00   Project partners meeting: fiches, case studies, methodology, and lessons learned

09:00 – 11:00   Project partners meeting: publication outline, policy recommendations, 2022 activities

11:30 – 15:00     Visit to Brijuni national park or local farm Kumparička
